Are TRM therapies FDA approved?
TRM therapies are not FDA approved for the treatment of specific conditions. They are administered based on physician clinical judgment, available scientific literature, and Texas Medical Board requirements (22 TAC 171.2(b)).
Is TRM HSA/FSA eligible?
Treatment costs may qualify with a Letter of Medical Necessity from your provider. TRM generates the LMN automatically and provides a year-end tax summary for your accountant.
What is the document retention policy?
All consents, invoices, lab results, and audit trails are stored encrypted (AES-256) for 7 years, in line with HIPAA and Texas record retention requirements.
Who can see my health information?
Only the care team treating you and authorized administrators with logged audit trail access. Sales representatives never see PHI.
